Dr. Rolf Gainer, PhD, Diplomate, ABDA

Rolf B. Gainer, PhD

Melissa Felteau is a researcher, teacher and practitioner of mindfulness. I have had the privilege of working with her on the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation funded research project in mindfulness to treat depression following brain injury and I look forward to our joint presentation this coming week at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine , ACRM, conference in Toronto. I asked Ms. Felteau to share her presentation with the readers of NeuroNotes, and also to help us better understand how mindfulness can help us in our everyday lives.
